The Comox Valley region plays host to a myriad of adventure races and events. From the free style mountain biking events at Mount Washington and the annual 'alpine to ocean' Snow to Surf Race to the Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race in Cumberland and the white water kayaking races on the Puntledge River - adrenaline, skill and raw power fuel these national caliber events!

The alpine to ocean geography of the Comox Valley makes us an ideal location for a range of adventure events and cross training opportunities for participants. The mountain biking and running trail systems are vast and the community has a real passion for sport, adventure and the art of "testing your personal limits"
