Black Creek is about a 20 minute drive north of Courtenay along the island highway. It is a beautiful countryside drive where there are several farms and market stands. Visiting the beach is a great way to spend the day or relax at one of the beautiful ocean side resorts and campgrounds. The local country market has some sites to see and located close by is a variety of activities such as mini golf, petting farms, and go karting.
